These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Parkevo Technologies LLC ("Parkevo," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the Parkevo mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Parkevo provides real-time parking availability information. Using camera infrastructure and computer vision, we estimate, space by space, whether parking spaces are open or occupied, and present that information to help you find parking. The Services may also provide navigation, preferences, and related features.
Parkevo shows parking availability only. We do not grant, sell, or guarantee any parking right, permit, or authorization. You are responsible for holding any valid permit or authorization required by the facility, such as a university parking permit, and for parking only in lots and spaces you are authorized to use. Availability shown in the Services does not mean you are permitted to park in a given space.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Services, including all software, technology, models, designs, text, graphics, logos, and the Parkevo name and marks, are owned by Parkevo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, such as sign-in through Google or Apple, mapping and navigation providers, and app store platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information. By using the Services, you consent to those practices. Our technology processes camera views strictly to detect space-level occupancy. It does not perform facial recognition and does not store personally identifiable driver data from cameras, and the camera hardware, depending on the deployment, may be owned and operated by the partner facility or by Parkevo.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that parking information will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parkevo and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including any parking citation, fine, towing, or vehicle-related loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parkevo and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update, change, or discontinue the Services or these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
